Senior Client Services Manager

The Senior Client Services Manager is responsible for maintaining and further developing relationships with physicians, their staff, patients and their advocates as well as our internal staff. This position places the Senior Client Services Manager as an active participant on a team of senior managers that act as the primary client advocate within the organization. This manager will understand all facets of the organization’s clinical and operational structure, be responsible to continue the development of the customer base and act as a resource to internal staff while providing leadership within the organization.

Qualifications:

The Senior Client Services Manager must meet the following criteria:

  • Associates degree or equivalent. A Bachelors degree is preferred
  • Minimum three years in a customer service role
  • Experience in the medical field . Laboratory experience is preferred
  • Fluent in English and capable of written and verbal interaction with customers
  • Strong leadership skills

In addition, the candidate will possess the following additional qualifications:

  • Knowledge of computer software systems, including laboratory based platform system and reporting software.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under time sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to perform work in an organized fashion, with a focus on completing assigned tasks in an orderly fashion and in compliance with stated process and procedure.
  • Ability to work as part of a team/committee to complete assigned tasks when necessary.
  • Ability to work under different levels of stres
