Senior Data Specialist

Therapath is an innovative clinical laboratory that specializes in performing and developing testing services that serve the technically advanced medical community with a focus on neurological services. The company is in a fast paced, service oriented segment of the laboratory service marketplace.

The position of Senior Data professional places the candidate as the primary data management specialist within the organization and therefore a high level of technical communication, system proficiency and organizational skills is needed to execute the data requirements across all disciplines within the business. The data
management work is expected to be flawless and reliable.

The specialist will perform input from a variety of sources into a computer database, both in Excel and the Laboratory platform systems. The specialist will complete information for clinical reports and assist in the tracking and recording of data associated with active clinical trials.

This position requires superior knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Access. The suitable applicant will have excellent communication skills, leadership qualities and an exceptional work ethic. The candidate will be open to training and also be capable of supervising staff and training other staff members.
Previous experience in the laboratory services industry would be a plus, but not a requirement. References are required.
